Oh, be sure to place to destination base first in your system.ini file, followed by the docked-at base or it won't work. Freelancer reads top to bottom.

This has been an age old question that never had a written response (that worked). In the upcoming v12.3 of the UnderVerse I had this need. I spent too much time experimenting to find the solution. Changing the dock_with line in the system.ini simply led to a player crash. Trying the alter the desti...

DMZ has now made FLAC compatible with x64 and all versions of windows. He has removed the registration entries. I just tested a new effects.dll he has made, he calls it AP (for AutoPilot). When you plot a course it will take your ship across multiple systems through gates (but not holes), down trade...

Since I have used up my original numbers with a new release every year or so, I am reserving 12.3 - 12.5 for the UnderVerse.

You must have dotnet 3.5 as a dependency.

If you are just loading vanilla, it probably needs the 1.1 patch.

FLAC works for sure with XP and Server2003. There were some tests that showed it did not behave with 64 bit, but I have not tried win7 yet.

Usually access denied to a dll is because your version of that OS is a stickler for permissions. Did you install each program as admin? Not just admin account but right click and run as admin? Even mod manager etc.
This 'might' also explain for a corrupt file.

Some of our guys have had success. One had it perfect on one computer, but it shows red and green on another (like 3d but not). Hopefully you both will get it worked out, then tell the rest of us that will have to upgrade some day how you did it, heh.

North Quadrant switched the vanilla systems to all dark and I didn't like it. No ambient light, you could fly by a station and not see it until you turned around and saw a few lights.
