My orig FL has stalls & no load at last moment of loading,. FLspew errors on video not recognized, unknown, but FLMM w/ Mods work fine. And yes content.dll saved & Autostart deleted, both done seperatly to see response, both negative. I had same problem some time ago, and vaugly remember FLconfig.... fixing it, but no finding it. My FLconfigdatabase.txt 50kb , oh.. all the dates are yesterday on file propeties display, thats not right. It's from '03 at least.
