Here you go  Of course, you can use quickfix2.0c to mass un-bini your whole freelancer folder.

talking about bini
do you have any experience on which bini tool is best for encrypting ini files? there are tons of tools and I have even tried the one from adoxa but i never got good results (adoxas bini even leads to crashes of FL)

I've never seen the need to re-encrypt, so I have never tested that, sorry.

ok a good reason to re-encrypt might be due to performance reasons loading encrypted files is faster and clearly reduces the hdd read access
and also to mention is that it reduces chance that every noob tries to change values which can crash the game
