Haven't been on today at all, don't know about the server. Was ok last night.

Is FBU out sick? The stats haven't been updated since the 16th of last month.

Thanks HK I was updating the stats but the page wasn't accepting the updated info and deleted it for some reason. I got it updated now and did a check to be sure it took.

I would like to try to, yes. I have a server and am needing a few more items to bring it up to speed so to speak. It's able to run one now at full speed and I think it would not be able to handle the memory it will need, as of yet. My NoIP Account has expired because of not running one for a while and need to re-register again as well. I just bought a new Monitor for it and am in need to get more RAM too.

I was really going to put my mod back up because, it's a beautiful mod with 27 additional systems added and FBU dropped some of his goodies in it for me and I run it for a long, short while until, I moved and my Internet service changed and I was unable to run it again. Since I've moved again, I tried running it not to long ago and it crashed on me, not sure why and since I'm not all that into modding, idk what's wrong? It too has SP & MP and the SP plays fine but, I think it has something to do with the server client not the SP client. It could have also had something to due with using my old FLAC files on a different machine?

So, since FBU's mods are virtually 99.9% flawless other than, a few misplaced system names, of which, makes no difference to me because, it doesn't hurt the running of it, I want to check and see if it was the mod or, the server or, FLAC that was causing it to crash? More than likely, I think FLAC may of had something to do with it because it's more or less, registered to a different machine. Once I get it all together, I'll submit for a new registered version just for it and see what happens then. It just takes a little bit of time for me to get the funds together for everything else, is all.

Right now, I'm still pretty upset as to what my old, trusted PC Repairman done to me just before he closed up shop, the last time I had the Server serviced. I point a finger at him for obvious reasons. I point another finger at myself for not catching it when I should have. A lesson learned. ;)

I will keep you informed.

I will miss the server and all the exciting times I had there. For now I'm back to back to basic vanilla. But there is SP. Thanks for all you're efforts and helpful tips.

Yep, it was good while it lasted. Always is. Cya around. Have Gibbons mod installed on a separate system, for it being a US server, my ping to it is kind of high though. I'll be in and out.

Got an instructional video to upload on Youtube and that'll take about a year for the crappy upload speed I have. :D :(

David as he is named, swiped some of my RAM sticks out of it while supposedly repairing it. I think he was just trying to get off cheap to fix more PC's he had for a quick sale prior to closing the shop. At the cheapest, $15 a stick, he took 5 of them out of it and that leaves me with a higher repair bill than I paid for his so-called repair work. He replaced the Power unit for me at a decent price and I guess the RAM was to cover the balance of the cost for the power unit. He probably made 200% profit off of it because, he buy used items and strips them down to build new PC's out of them. Robs from Peter to pay Paul in other words.

Like he'll get 10 laptops from a school, once they upgrade theirs for like, $10 each then, he cleans them up, updates them and sells them for $50 to kids that need them for school. He sales an affordable Laptop for a 400% markup. Does the same thing with desk tops.
